Body Orchestra is the culmination of sonic work by Joanna Penso exploring sounds of the body and our attitudes towards ourselves and others. Taking recordings of abject body sounds we usually stifle in public, Joanna re-employs them as art material to create rhythmic, textured & harmonic soundscapes.
